1. Overview
myeasypage offers a generous free-forever plan alongside paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Premium) that unlock additional features. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations, refund eligibility, billing disputes, and related processes.
We believe in transparency and fairness. While our paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital services, we handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis and strive to resolve billing issues promptly.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Digital Services Only
myeasypage is a purely digital platform. We provide online services including a no-code website builder, bio link page builder, blog publishing tools, analytics dashboard, hosting infrastructure, and related digital tools. No physical goods are manufactured, stored, or shipped.
Because our services are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly upon payment, the standard cooling-off period applicable to physical goods under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 may not apply. However, we voluntarily offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.
3. Free Plan
The myeasypage Free plan is available at no cost, forever. It includes core features such as:
- Website + bio link layout modes
- Up to 3 links and 2 headers
- 1 embed (YouTube, Calendly, etc.)
- Basic about section
- Free myeasypage.com subdomain
- Social icons
Since the Free plan involves no payment, no refund or cancellation process is applicable. You can continue using the Free plan indefinitely, and you can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
4. Paid Subscription Plans
myeasypage offers the following paid plans, all billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR):
- Starter — ₹299/year (approximately ₹25/month): Includes everything in Free, plus up to 10 links, 3 headers, 3 embeds, branding removal, basic analytics, and email support.
- Pro — ₹699/year (approximately ₹58/month): Includes everything in Starter, plus custom domain support, up to 25 links, 5 headers, 5 embeds, 5 services, 5 FAQs, 5 testimonials, contact form, Google Map, resume upload, custom themes, full SEO settings, advanced analytics, up to 10 blog posts, and priority email support.
- Premium — ₹1,299/year (approximately ₹108/month): Includes everything in Pro, plus up to 50 links, 10 headers, 10 embeds, 10 services, 10 FAQs, 10 testimonials, 20 featured items, 30 SEO tags, advanced premium themes, advanced stats dashboard, up to 20 blog posts, 3MB image uploads, priority email support, and early access to new features.
All paid plans are billed as a one-time annual payment. There are no monthly billing options at this time. Your subscription is active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Refund Eligibility
While subscriptions are generally non-refundable, we may issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Technical Failure: If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or using the paid features for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Plan Charge: If you were charged for a higher-tier plan than the one you selected, we will refund the difference or process a full refund and re-charge the correct amount.
- Unauthorised Transaction: If you can demonstrate that the payment was made without your authorisation (e.g., stolen payment credentials), we will investigate and process a refund if verified.
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively used the paid features, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 7-day consideration period.
- Failure to use the Service or its features during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the pricing page before purchase.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Downgrade requests after the subscription has been active for more than 7 days (you can downgrade at renewal).
- Requests made after the subscription period has expired.
- Third-party service issues (e.g., domain registrar problems, third-party embed outages) that are outside our control.
7. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Via Dashboard: Log in to your myeasypage account, navigate to your account settings or billing section, and follow the cancellation prompts.
- Via Email: Send a cancellation request to myeasypage.help@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your subdomain name for faster processing.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription period expires. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — it simply prevents future billing.
8. What Happens After Cancellation
When your paid subscription expires (either through cancellation or non-renewal):
- Your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
- You will retain access to all Free plan features.
- Paid features (custom domain, advanced analytics, additional links/embeds beyond Free limits, branding removal, etc.) will be disabled.
- If you had a custom domain connected, it will be disconnected and your site will revert to your myeasypage.com subdomain.
- Content that exceeds Free plan limits (e.g., extra links, blog posts, embeds) will be preserved in your account but may not be publicly visible until you upgrade again.
- Your data and content will not be deleted — you can upgrade again at any time to restore full access.
9. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g., from Premium to Pro, or from Pro to Starter):
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You will continue to enjoy your current plan's features until the current subscription period ends.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.
- Features exclusive to the higher-tier plan will be disabled when the downgrade takes effect.

10. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you notice any billing discrepancy, incorrect charge, or unauthorised transaction on your account, please contact us immediately at myeasypage.help@gmail.com.
When reporting a billing issue, please provide:
- Your registered email address and subdomain name.
- The date and amount of the charge in question.
- A screenshot or transaction reference from your bank/payment provider (if available).
- A brief description of the issue.
We will investigate all billing disputes thoroughly. If the error is verified on our end, we will process a full refund within the timeline specified in Section 11. We aim to acknowledge billing complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.
11. Refund Processing & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- If you do not see the refund in your account within 15 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us for further assistance.
Refund amounts will be in Indian Rupees (INR). If you paid using an international payment method, the refund amount may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank.
12. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. If we increase prices:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the new prices take effect.
- Price increases will apply only at the start of your next billing cycle (i.e., upon renewal).
- Your current subscription will not be affected mid-cycle.
- If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
