myeasypage is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital services exclusively. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our services, features, and subscriptions are delivered to users. Since myeasypage is a purely digital product, this policy primarily addresses the delivery of digital services and access to platform features.
This policy is required under Indian e-commerce regulations and payment gateway compliance requirements. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. No Physical Shipping
myeasypage does not manufacture, store, or ship any physical goods. We are a 100% digital platform. There are no physical products, packaging, warehousing, or logistics involved in our service delivery.
All features, tools, and services offered by myeasypage — including the website builder, bio link builder, blog publishing tools, analytics dashboard, themes, SEO tools, and hosting — are delivered electronically through our web application accessible at myeasypage.com.
Since no physical shipping is involved:
- There are no shipping charges or delivery fees.
- There are no shipping timelines or tracking numbers.
- There are no delivery addresses required.
- There are no customs, duties, or import taxes applicable.
- There is no risk of damage, loss, or delay in transit.
3. Digital Service Delivery
myeasypage delivers its services digitally through the following channels:
- Web Application: The primary delivery channel is our web application at myeasypage.com. All features — page building, content management, blog publishing, analytics, and settings — are accessible through your web browser on any device (desktop, tablet, or mobile).
- Published Pages: When you create and publish a bio link page or website, it is instantly hosted and made available on the internet at your myeasypage.com subdomain (e.g., yourname.myeasypage.com) or your custom domain (if configured on Pro/Premium plans).
- Email Communications: Account-related communications such as OTP verification codes, subscription confirmations, plan expiry reminders, and support responses are delivered via email to your registered email address.
4. Instant Access After Payment
When you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Premium), access to premium features is granted automatically and instantly upon successful payment processing. There is no manual activation step or waiting period.
Specifically, upon successful payment:
- Your account is immediately upgraded to the selected plan.
- All features included in your new plan become available within seconds.
- You receive an email confirmation of your subscription.
- Your subscription period begins from the date of payment and is valid for 12 months.
The following features are activated instantly based on your plan:
- Starter Plan: Extended link/header/embed limits, branding removal, basic analytics, and email support.
- Pro Plan: Everything in Starter, plus custom domain support, services, FAQs, testimonials, contact form, Google Map, resume upload, custom themes, full SEO settings, advanced analytics, and blog posts (up to 10).
- Premium Plan: Everything in Pro, plus higher limits on all sections, advanced premium themes, advanced stats dashboard, 3MB image uploads, up to 20 blog posts, and early access to new features.
5. Free Plan Delivery
The myeasypage Free plan requires no payment and is available to all users immediately upon account creation. When you sign up:
- Your account is created instantly after email OTP verification.
- You receive a free myeasypage.com subdomain (e.g., yourname.myeasypage.com).
- All Free plan features are immediately available — website + bio link layout, up to 3 links, 2 headers, 1 embed, basic about section, and social icons.
- Your page can be published and made live within minutes of signing up.
- Free hosting on globally distributed edge servers is included at no cost.
The Free plan is available forever — there is no trial period, no credit card required, and no automatic upgrade to a paid plan.
6. Paid Feature Activation
When you upgrade from the Free plan to a paid plan, the following changes take effect immediately:
- Increased Limits: Your link, header, embed, service, FAQ, testimonial, and blog post limits are increased according to your new plan.
- Branding Removal: The "Powered by myeasypage" branding is removed from your published page (Starter and above).
- Analytics: Basic analytics (Starter) or advanced analytics (Pro/Premium) are activated, and visitor data begins being collected from the moment of activation.
- Custom Domain: The option to connect a custom domain becomes available (Pro and Premium). Actual domain connection requires DNS configuration on your end.
- Themes & Customisation: Additional themes and customisation options become available in your dashboard.
- SEO Tools: Full SEO settings including meta tags, custom titles, and descriptions become editable (Pro and above).
- Image Uploads: Higher image upload limits are activated (up to 3MB on Premium).
7. Custom Domain Setup
Custom domain support is available on Pro and Premium plans. While the feature is activated instantly upon upgrade, connecting your custom domain involves additional steps that depend on your domain registrar:
- Purchase a domain from any domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Hostinger).
- In your myeasypage dashboard, enter your custom domain name.
- Configure DNS records (CNAME or A record) at your domain registrar as instructed.
- Wait for DNS propagation, which typically takes 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on your registrar.
- Once DNS propagation is complete, your myeasypage site will be accessible at your custom domain.
Note: DNS propagation time is controlled by your domain registrar and internet infrastructure, not by myeasypage. We cannot guarantee specific propagation timelines. If you experience issues with custom domain setup, our support team is available to assist you.
8. Content Publishing & Hosting
All content you create on myeasypage is published and hosted on our infrastructure:
- Instant Publishing: When you click "Publish" or save changes to your page, updates are reflected on your live site within seconds.
- Global Hosting: Your page is served from globally distributed edge servers for fast loading times regardless of your visitors' location.
- SSL/HTTPS: All published pages are served over HTTPS with SSL encryption at no additional cost.
- Responsive Design: Your published page automatically adapts to all screen sizes — desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- SEO-Friendly URLs: Your page is published with clean, SEO-friendly URLs and proper meta tags for search engine visibility.
- Blog Posts: Blog posts are published instantly and are accessible at SEO-friendly URLs under your domain/subdomain.
There is no manual review or approval process for content publishing. Content goes live immediately upon publishing. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
9. Access Issues & Troubleshooting
While we strive for instant and seamless service delivery, you may occasionally encounter access issues. Here are common scenarios and how to resolve them:
9.1 Payment Successful but Features Not Activated
In rare cases, there may be a delay between payment processing and feature activation. If your paid features are not enabled within 5 minutes of successful payment:
- Log out and log back in to refresh your account status.
- Clear your browser cache and reload the dashboard.

9.2 Page Not Loading or Displaying Errors
If your published page is not loading correctly:

9.3 Email Notifications Not Received
If you are not receiving OTP codes, subscription confirmations, or other email notifications:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Add myeasypage.help@gmail.com to your email contacts or whitelist.
- Ensure your registered email address is correct in your account settings.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
10. Third-Party Integrations
Some features on myeasypage rely on third-party services and integrations. The delivery and availability of these features depend on the respective third-party providers:
- Embeds (YouTube, Calendly, Google Maps, etc.): Embedded content is loaded directly from the third-party provider's servers. Availability depends on the third-party service's uptime.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. Payment confirmation and processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
- Image Hosting (Cloudinary): User-uploaded images are stored and served through Cloudinary. Image delivery performance depends on Cloudinary's infrastructure.
- Custom Domains: Domain registration and DNS management are handled by your chosen domain registrar. DNS propagation times vary by registrar.
myeasypage is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers. However, we will assist you in troubleshooting integration issues to the best of our ability.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the myeasypage platform and all published user pages. Our infrastructure is designed for high availability with:
- Globally distributed edge servers for fast content delivery.
- Automated monitoring and alerting for service disruptions.
- Regular backups to prevent data loss.
- Redundant infrastructure to minimise single points of failure.
However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Unscheduled downtime may occur due to emergency maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control.
