1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the myeasypage platform (including the website at myeasypage.com, all subdomains, APIs, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and myeasypage ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the myeasypage platform, including the website builder, bio link builder, blog publishing tools, analytics dashboard, hosting infrastructure, and all related features and functionality.
- "User Content" refers to any text, images, links, embeds, blog posts, testimonials, FAQs, service listings, and other materials that you create, upload, or publish through the Service.
- "Account" refers to your registered myeasypage account, identified by your email address and subdomain (e.g., yourname.myeasypage.com).
- "Plan" refers to the subscription tier you have selected — Free, Starter (₹299/year), Pro (₹699/year), or Premium (₹1,299/year).
- "Custom Domain" refers to a domain name you own and connect to your myeasypage site (available on Pro and Premium plans).
3. Service Description
myeasypage is a no-code platform that enables users to create professional bio link pages and full-featured websites without any coding or design skills. The platform offers two layout modes:
- Bio Link Layout — A clean, single-page link-in-bio page with social links, headers, embeds, and a customisable profile section.
- Website Layout — A full professional website with navigation, about section, services with pricing, testimonials, FAQ accordion, blog/posts, contact form, embedded widgets (YouTube, Calendly, Google Maps), featured media gallery, social links, and subscriber collection.
Users can switch between bio link and website layouts at any time without losing content. The Service includes free hosting on globally distributed edge servers, a free myeasypage.com subdomain, SEO-friendly URLs, and responsive design that works on all devices.
Features available to you depend on your selected Plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paid subscribers.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a unique subdomain. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
- Not transfer or sell your account to another person without our consent.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of myeasypage, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your profile information up to date.
- Not use myeasypage for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable purposes.
- Take full responsibility for all content published on your page, including text, images, links, embeds, blog posts, and any other materials.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not publish copyrighted material without proper authorisation.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers.
- Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when collecting information from your visitors (e.g., through contact forms or subscriber collection).
6. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You must not use myeasypage to create, host, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities under Indian law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
- Contains malware, viruses, phishing links, or any harmful code.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative of minors.
- Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.
- Contains spam, misleading information, or deceptive practices.
- Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely represents your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Violates any applicable export control or sanctions laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice or refund.
7. Payment, Plans & Billing
myeasypage offers a free tier and multiple paid subscription plans. The current plans are:
- Free — ₹0 forever, with core features including website + bio link layout, up to 3 links, 2 headers, 1 embed, basic about section, and a myeasypage subdomain.
- Starter — ₹299/year (approximately ₹25/month), with up to 10 links, 3 headers, 3 embeds, branding removal, and basic analytics.
- Pro — ₹699/year (approximately ₹58/month), with custom domain support, up to 25 links, 5 headers, 5 embeds, 5 services, 5 FAQs, 5 testimonials, contact form, Google Map, resume upload, custom themes, full SEO settings, advanced analytics, and up to 10 blog posts.
- Premium — ₹1,299/year (approximately ₹108/month), with up to 50 links, 10 headers, 10 embeds, 10 services, 10 FAQs, 10 testimonials, 20 featured items, 30 SEO tags, advanced premium themes, advanced stats dashboard, up to 20 blog posts, 3MB image uploads, and early access to new features.
All paid plans are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
Plan prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical issues.
8. Intellectual Property
The myeasypage platform, including its design, code, features, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by myeasypage and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the myeasypage platform.
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
- Create derivative works based on the Service.
- Sublicense or resell access to the Service.
9. User-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of all User Content you create and publish through myeasypage. By publishing content on the platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, cache, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to publish all User Content.
- Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
We do not monitor or pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not responsible for any User Content published by our users.
10. Custom Domains
Pro and Premium plan subscribers may connect a custom domain to their myeasypage site. You are solely responsible for:
- Purchasing and maintaining your domain registration with a third-party domain registrar.
- Configuring DNS records as instructed by myeasypage.
- Ensuring your domain does not infringe on any third-party trademarks or rights.
- Renewing your domain registration to prevent service interruption.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from domain registration, DNS propagation, or domain expiry. If your paid plan expires or is downgraded, custom domain functionality may be disabled, and your site will revert to the myeasypage subdomain.
11. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service and host your pages on globally distributed edge servers for optimal performance. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible).
- Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
- Factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
12. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms.
- You engage in prohibited content or conduct as described in Section 6.
- Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- We are required to do so by law or a valid legal order.
- We reasonably believe that your use of the Service poses a security risk to us or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at myeasypage.help@gmail.com. Upon termination, your published pages will be taken offline and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myeasypage and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you are on the Free plan, our maximum liability shall not exceed ₹500.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless myeasypage, its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of the Service.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users via email for significant changes.
- Provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect for paid subscribers.
Your continued use of myeasypage after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
