- Contact Form Submissions: If you use our contact page or the contact form on your myeasypage site, we collect the name, email, and message content submitted.
- Payment Information: When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
- Support Communications: Any emails or messages you send to our support team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
- Device & Browser Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type for optimising the user experience.
- IP Address: Collected for security purposes (rate limiting, fraud prevention) and approximate geographic location. IP addresses are not used for advertising or personal tracking.
- Analytics Data: If you have analytics enabled on your page (available on Starter, Pro, and Premium plans), we collect anonymised visitor statistics such as page views, referral sources, and geographic distribution.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, biometric data, or financial account details.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
- We do not use personal tracking for advertising. We do not run ads on the platform.

- Providing the Service: To create and host your bio link page or website, display your content to visitors, and enable all platform features.
- Account Management: To authenticate your identity, manage your subscription, and process payments.
- Communication: To send account-related notifications (e.g., OTP verification, plan expiry reminders, important service updates) and respond to support enquiries.
- Analytics & Insights: To provide you with visitor statistics for your page (if enabled) and to generate aggregated, anonymised insights about platform usage.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security threats through rate limiting and IP-based protections.
- Service Improvement: To understand how users interact with the platform, identify bugs, and develop new features based on usage patterns.

This data is collected in an anonymised and aggregated manner. We do not create individual visitor profiles, and we do not use this data for advertising or cross-site tracking. Page owners can view aggregated analytics but cannot access individual visitor identities.
If a user has embedded third-party content on their page (e.g., YouTube, Calendly, Google Maps), those third-party services may independently collect data from visitors. myeasypage is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party embeds.
